RETURN POLICY
I hope you are as delighted with your lovely new book as I have been creating it. However, unfortunately items can, at times, get damaged during transit. Please find below my returns policy. ​

RETURN POLICY

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return if you are unhappy with the quality of an item. Please be sure to check the product details and dimensions to ensure you understand what you are ordering before placing an order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (including all original packaging).
You must complete your return within 7 days of the date of your order and you are responsible for arranging the return and all related cost.
The original shipping costs are not refunded.
You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact me at jodiebartonauthor@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, I will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. ​

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right for you. I may ask you to supply photographic evidence.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including 'change of mind' items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific purchase.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items.
Refunds

Jodiebarton.com reserves the right to reject returns outside the 7 day return period, or items which are returned that are not in their original condition and/or packaging.

If your parcel is returned to me due to a rejected delivery or failure to claim the parcel, then you will be responsible for paying the return charge. This will be deducted from your refund, along with the initial shipping charge.​
I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
